Dealers’ Room Application – WisCon 41

Applications for space in the WisCon 41 Dealer's Room will be accepted through March 15, 2017. This form will remain open between March 15 and April 30 for vendors who wish to be added to the Dealers' Room waitlist. Applications made after April 30 are rolled over to the following WisCon.

All vendors will be notified of their status by April 15, 2017.

No payment for tables is required until you have been notified that you have been awarded space in the Dealers' Room; payment details will be communicated at that time. Payment is due by May 15. Table payments do not include convention registration fees, which are required for entry into the Dealer's Room during the open hours of the convention. Tell us about your business

WisCon is a feminist science fiction & fantasy convention that includes academic programming as well as many critical examinations of books and popular media. While general science fiction & fantasy related items are always appreciated by our attendees, we are particularly interested in items that include elements of feminism as well as the related subjects of gender, sexuality, race, class, and disability.


Space is allotted as 6' tables. Nominal use of space beyond the table surface subject to approval. Please choose the maximum amount you would use; vendors may be allocated less space than they apply for in order to increase the diversity of the Dealer's Room as a whole.
Vendors who need consistent access to electrical outlets will be given priority for the tables nearest to those outlets, to minimize tripping hazards and ease room setup.

Refunds and cancellations

If your Dealer's Room application is approved but your circumstances change in a way that will not allow you to attend WisCon as a dealer, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing dealers@wiscon.net. Refunds for Dealer's Room reservation fees are available up to the payment deadline, May 15. After the deadline, you may apply your fee to a space in the Dealer's Room the following year, or transfer your reservation to another vendor.
