Meetings

The Annual General Meeting of SF³ is generally held in early October, and members may attend in person or by phone. For more information on official membership meetings, become a member of SF³. We notify all SF³ members of the date and time of the upcoming meeting, agenda items, and the names of officers up for re-election. Members who are unable to attend the annual meeting may complete and mail this Proxy Form, enabling them to name another SF³ member to vote in their place. Annual membership begins at the annual meeting and expires before the next year’s annual meeting.
